Club guidelines
(What we stand for and how we conduct business)
1. We are an independ social club and at the same time part of a larger community of
P T Cruiser enthusiast.
2. This club is all about having fun and sharing a common interest.
3. This club will be operated by open commity were each paying member has an equal say so on club matters .
4. Each member has an equal voice and encouraged to share their ideas and views.
5. When an idea or suggestion is presented, it will be discused and voted on.
6. Voting is determined by majority rules.
7. Club will avoid the “us against them” attitute and adopt the idea that “friends are allowed to disagree”.
8. Notes will be taken at each meeting and presented at the next meeting as old business and new business. This includes the club fund totals and expenses paid out.
9. We are not here to compete with other clubs for the most members. You can belong to as many clubs as you want.
10. You don’t have to a member to come to our events. But only paying members will have a vote on club decisions.
11. Club dues are $20 a year per car, not per person. With membership one club decal is included. Any other decal is $5 each.
12. We are here to have fun and not to make a profit. All club funds go the pay for club expenses.
