tip to keep in shape for those over 50

Make sure there is plenty of room on each side. Take a 5 pound potato sack in each hand and hold it out to your side for as long as you can. within no time you will work yourself up to a minute. Once you feel confortable you can work yourself up to a 10 pound potato sack. a word of caution, don't work yourself to fast because you could do serious damage to yourself. From there go on to a twenty five pound potato sack, then 50 all the way up to 100, (thats where I am now). Once you work past the fear on pulling any muscle by working up slowly over time to that point. Its now time to add a potato to each sack.
